GREAT SAILING DAYS IN IZOLA

In the three days of sailing in Izola, 283 sailors comming from ten countries (SLO, ITA, AUT, CRO, GER, CZE, SVK, HUN, SRB and UKR) witnessed all the prevailing winds that this part of the Mediterranean Sea usually offers. After Bora (NE) they sailed in the local sea breeze, Maestral (NW) and the south wind Jugo (Scirocco), which filled the sails of 207 boats in the last day of the 23rd Izola Spring Cup.
Five fleets, 470 M & W, Laser std., Laser 4.7, 420, Laser R M & W, on two race courses sailed two last races under a cloudy sky in 8  to 14 knots of Scirocco.
